At Fornella we strongly believe it is time for a change.

We have always been careful about the environment we operate in and aware of the impact human activities and tourism may have on it, but we feel the urge to do something more in the direction of ecological management and sustainability.

Despite difficult times, we have decided to join the “ECOCAMPING” network (www.ecocamping.de) and commit ourselves to make continuous improvements to the protection of Nature and the environment, safety and quality, with the help and supervision of a qualified third party fully dedicated to sustainability in the camping world.

To start we have prepared a 3 year action plan we will do our upmost to comply with and for the 2021 season we are ready with a first set of ideas and actions to cover the “ECOCAMPING” requirements. Visit this page frequently for updates and post ideas and proposals; we want to improve with your help!
