Onze stacaravan "Emotion" is een comfortabele, volledig uitgeruste open ruimte met vijf bedden met een volledig terras en de mogelijkheid om de tweepersoonskamer te scheiden met een schuifwand. De sfeer is informeel en ontspannend met het gevoel van een glamping-tent, maar het comfort van een huis.

- It is possible to book a mobile home weekly based on the assigned arrival and departure day per category (unless differently agreed), from 4 pm to 9 am on the day of departure. In low season there is a minimum stay of 3 nights, unless differently agreed with management.
- In order to confirm the booking, we require a deposit (40% of the stay) along with 15,00 € non-refundable booking fee.
- By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations and with the camping resort general rules.
- We recommend that Guests take out an insurance policy beforehand, covering both cancellation of reservation and camping equipment and risks, with an insurance company of their choice.
- The assignment of the unit is reserved to the Campsite Management, which, depending on availability, will take into account the particular wishes expressed by the customer.
- In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late, the whole booked and confirmed period must be paid.
In case of no-show within 8 o'clock of the morning following the booked date, the reservation will be cancelled unless notified in advance. - The balance has to be paid at least one week before the arrival date.
- On arrival a refundable deposit of 100,00 € is required only with a credit card. The deposit will be reserved and released automatically, on the condition that the unit be left tidy and clean and that nothing has been damaged during the stay. We remind you that the mobile home must be left in the same condition of tidiness and cleanliness in which it was found on arrival, otherwise the cleaning costs will be deducted.
- It is possible to add an extra cost of 60,00 € if you do not wish to provide for cleanings.
- In case of cancellation, the same must be notified by email at the address fornella@fornella.it within the deadline set by the rate conditions in force at the time of booking (until 30 days before arrival). In this case the deposit will be refunded excluding booking fees.
- After the deadline for free cancellation has expired, no changes are permitted.
- For units used by parties accompanied by pets a 60,00 € compulsory cleaning fees applies. Pets are admitted only prior Management authorization (maximum 2) and only in designated units with daily extra costs.
- A day before departure we ask to come to the cash office to settle any extras, tourist tax and electricity consumption in the mobile homes.
- Check in and key delivery are guaranteed from 4 pm (unless differently agreed).
- Check out and final unit check within 9 am.
- If you have to change accommodation during the stay, the transfer can be done upon delivery of the key of next mobile home.
- Smoking is forbidden inside our units.
